As
a thriving section of the Vintage
Motor Cycle Club (the biggest club of its type
in the World) we are the 'go to' local network when it
comes to riding, restoring, maintaining and enthusing over old motor cycles.
We
cover a huge area, embracing the counties of Herefordshire, Powys, and parts of
Ceredigion. We have members in Aberystwyth in the west and Malvern in the East
and from Monmouth in the South to Llanidloes in the North.
We
offer a Herefordshire and Mid-Wales Section VMCC
unique
programme of organised rides in the local area, monthly club nights, and major
riding challenges like 'Herefordshire
on the Edge' , ‘Compass’ and ‘Cwmpas’ .
We are all expanding the
enjoyment to be had from motorcycling. Although 'vintage' in VMCC terms means
over 25 years old, you do not have to own an old bike to join in. Everyone is
welcome. Besides this website we have a Facebook page and we Email a regular Newsletter all
our contacts.
Whether
you are an existing VMCC member; are interested in joining; or just fancy
seeing some interesting bikes and having a chat, why not come to one of our
regular club nights at either The
Three Horseshoes Inn, Allensmore, HR2 9AS the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7.30pm or The Greyhound Hotel, 3 Garth Road, Builth Wells LD2 3AR on the first Thursday of each month.
